We don't just build properties — we create homes. Every site starts with a clearly defined plan, resulting in houses people want to live in.
We started out renovating, building, and managing high-quality student accommodation in Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield, and in 2026 we sold our student portfolio to focus full-time on residential development.
We design and build houses and apartments that stand out — architecturally distinctive on the outside, carefully finished on the inside — because we believe people should be proud of where they live, not just live somewhere convenient.
APB is run by Richard and Edward Bailey. If you've received a letter from us about your land or property, it's a personal approach, not blanket canvassing — Richard or Edward will have sent it themselves, and either of them will be the person you speak to if you call back.
