I enjoyed the good quality of the house and furnishings. I liked the fact utilities were included within the rent, it made it easier for us as we didn’t have to worry about sorting all of that out. I was happy with the service that was provided from APB and I had a happy two years living there.

I liked the good location of the house & as well as having a modern refurbished kitchen the house was also very warm. APB always acted very quickly if there was problem and was very helpful and forthcoming.

APB always acted in a professional manner. Not having agency fees was a real bonus. The aspects of the property that made me want to live there were the kitchen and the bathrooms since I think they are really nicely fitted out. I enjoyed the location of the property since it is close to the uni and to shops.

Upon entering the house at the beginning of my tenancy the house was very clean compared to my previous accommodation at University. Extra furniture  and appliances were provided to accommodate the increased number of tenants in the house. I would say that both the size of this property and its location were the two best features.

APB provided a clean property on arrival with an array of information given regarding contacts, use of items and appliances, emergency contacts. The price including bills was extremely good value and the size of the bedrooms and most of the interior worked very well. APB staff were very friendly and always accessible.

The price was very affordable. Always felt safe within the property due to alarm system, strong locks and double glazing. Property is in good condition and a good size to socialise in.
